"The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten "

"The room was clean, slightly dated. The instructions for check-in were very clear. However, the keypad was not functioning and the code for the lock box was incorrect. The staff quickly moved us to another room which we were able to enter with no problem."
