This hotel is amazing without meeting any staff ! The information prior to arriving is essential to a smooth check in and you can book a parking space. The hotel is spotless everywhere and feels safe (I was travelling on my own) the rooms have all the amenities you need and are very comfortable.

Not what we had expected but a pleasant stay. This is not a hotel but rather a room in a town-house. The room was modern, clean and we'll furnished. Very close to all Chester's main attractions. We enjoyed our stay.

Such a lovely stay the front of house staff were absolutely amazing couldn’t do enough for you. The room was immaculate so clean and spotless and the room very modern with coffee with fresh milk and water. Bathroom spacious with a bath and a huge rainforest shower.
