"Great location. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and in great condition. We enjoyed the balcony and being able to sit outside. It was very warm in the room. We didn’t use the fire place but there was heat coming from it all the time. Don’t know if there was a way to adjust ..."

"Wonderful hotel, large spacious room, lobby has a magnificent Koi pond, the kids loved it. Pool and hot tub are great. Perfect location for downtown Victoria. Easy walking distance to everything you want to see and need. Would definitely stay here again."

"The room was clean but smelled of smoke. The facility was dated and needs some work done. The staff were friendly though and helped us. Air-conditioning worked as planned and we had good value for money."
