"Stayed in the room with bunk beds (Torre Ardinghelli)- Had the squeakiest door ever. Also the bathroom door got stuck on the floor every time it opened and shut. The bunk beds were this squeaky metal thing that probably should only be used by under 10 year olds. Think creaky old camp bunks. Out of soap/shampoo in the shower when we checked in and it took about 25 min to find more. Charge for water (of course) and seemingly no where to fill water bottles in a free way. Strange 2nd level...

"This was the best stay my family and I have ever experienced. The staff were accommodating, helpful, and extremely kind. They provided a list of restaurants nearby if we couldn’t eat at their restaurant, provided beverage and food service poolside, and clean towels for each of us.
