"What a brilliant hotel. Inside they have used the natural stone of the hill to create a unique decor to the rooms. Lovely comfy beds. Large shower with rainshower head. The hotel provides a Sicilian type of adapter for plugging in chargers. Marzia -the hotel manager- was the most helpful host, nothing was too much trouble for her. She speaks very good english and very fast italian. She provides a video of directions from the car/bus park to the hotel (better than google maps). All Ragusa Ibla...

"Déception à l'arrivée, le palace n'était pas du tout ce que nous avions imaginé. Le lit était très mou, donc deux mauvaises nuit. La decoration du soi-disant Palace était très éclectique et pas du tout de bon goût. Pour le petit-déjeuner nous avons du le prendre à l'extérieur dans un palace qui pour le coup portait bien son nom, nous aurions préféré celui-là !!! Attention, en pleine saison la plupart des chambres doivent êtres très bruyantes de par l'activité nocturne de la ville."

"I rarely leave reviews, only when really bad or really good, in this case it’s the later, an absolutely beautiful hotel with stunning location and views. Ivan took wonderful care of us and seems to have thought of everything to make stays enjoyable. Scicli itself is a great base, full of very good restaurants and bars, close enough to both the towns of Regusa, Modica etc but also beautiful beaches at Donalucatta and Punta Secco"

"Although we only spent one night here we wish we could have stayed longer. A beautiful property, very tastefully designed in an unbeatable location. Easy walk into the centre of Ragusa Ibla and free parking a 5 minute walk down the hill. Andrea, the manager, was delightful. She was so apologetic for making us wait to walk us from the parking to the hotel even though we had screwed up and not replied to her last message! She made great restaurant recommendations. "Fantastic staff, starting with the super Cinzia and the amazing Daniele, the resort’s master chef. Our only regret is we couldn’t stay longer and experience Saturday pizza night. Palazzolo itself is lovely and you are just a 45 minute drive through the lovely countryside to such towns as Noto, Modica, Ragusa and Siracusa."
