Stay was pretty great, I wish it was easier to communicate to the staff of the 747 lofts but the air condition was amazing and the bed was exceptionally comfy. If they gave more of a description of everything there then I would feel it would be much more helpful when planning your stay. But great location and decent price

Apartment 102 has large bathroom, a washer-dryer, and microwave oven. Very close to "Chicago" station - though no lift/elevator to street level ie carry bags up stairs. Major concern for apartments facing road is security light that shines through blinds all night - as bright as daylight in main room! Consider sleeping in bathroom, if you want any sleep from street noise and light.

Red Awning You Should Ban from Your site

It was not disclosed on Hotel.com that you were only a front for another reservation company. They made us go through significant hoops and followups to get pictures , selfies, and ID not only of my husband who was staying there but of me who wasn't going to be there. Allison the customer service person kind and professional; Jen the manager rude and disrespectful I stay at many self check in hotels with codes and VRBO alot. Have never had to do this . Please highlight on your web page when ever RedAwning is involved. I won't ever stay there

La estadía fue en general muy buena. El alojamiento estaba limpio, bien mantenido y equipado con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. La cama era confortable, la cocina funcional y la ubicación muy conveniente: en una zona tranquila, con comercios y transporte cercanos. Como puntos a considerar, la comunicación con el alojamiento podría haber sido más fluida y se escuchaban bastante los pasos del huésped del piso superior, especialmente por las noches. Afortunadamente, se agradece el detalle de que proporcionan tapones para los oídos, lo cual ayuda bastante con el descanso. A pesar de estos detalles menores, fue una experiencia positiva y recomendaríamos el lugar por su comodidad y buena ubicación.
