The entire place appears to be dated, terrible customer service. Rooms were not clean, had my room changed and same thing. Showers were filthy and the shower liner had mold on it. Completely unacceptable.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago Downtown River North
Clean property overall, cleaning staff did not clean our room daily and we had to ask for towels and wash clothes. It is close and in walking distance of restaurants and shopping.

Pricey but right at the airport. Works so conveniently for us to come in by bus or CTA. Love eating at the bar restaurant.

The location was great we walked to the Shedd aquarium in no time. The hotel was nice, we found it really irritating that we were constantly asked to join Hilton rewards by the staff standing at the elevators.
