"Extremely hospitable and helpful. Would definitely like to come again. "

"Definitely a great place to stay if you are visiting Kawagoe with its historic 'Edo Town', as the nearest station (Matoba) is just two stops away. The very kind owner/host offers a comfortable place to stay with excellent hospitality and flexibility for not just solo travellers but couples and even small groups. "Great apartment with separate bedroom and much bigger than usual Japanese hotels. Beds comfortable, clean bed linen and towels, lots of hot water and pristine bathroom. Minimal kitchen facilities but good for breakfasts and those wanting to eat out. Landlord accessible and a great communicator. Exceptional value for money. "

"This is an older property that has an onsen (japanese style communal bath) which is a wonderful feature."
