"The property is in a right place. It has a beautiful view of the volcanos and Lake Atitlan. Not totally impress with rooms not having small refrigerators, Iron no security box. Those items are important for staying comfortably. "

"Couldn’t have had a better stay in Panajachel. This B&B was wonderful. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They helped me set up tours and transfers before I even arrived onsite. I stayed in the Quetzal Yurt. It was spacious and clean. This yurt has the best views by far. There are two large patios on two different levels. WiFi was fast. Breakfast was cooked perfectly and there were many choices in addition to the standard breakfast which is included. We had dinner at Al Jouri restaurant which is prepared by a different chef than the women who prepare breakfast. The dinner was amazing and very reasonably priced. I also had a 90 minute massage which was fantastic. There are two adorable cats on site. Samson and Delilah. Delilah is the friendlier of the two. She is just adorable. The B&B is a short tuk tuk from shopping, restaurants and many attractions. Very easy to take the boats to other areas. The housekeeping staff cleaned the room everyday. We had our laundry washed and it was clean and folded in the same day."

"This night was plesant surprise for our fmaily of three. It was not only a place to stay it provided an experience we will never forget. First of all if you dont appreciate History or architecture go somewhere else this one is not for you. Others that do step in to Mayan inn to take a beautiful walk in the past. The room was elegant, the pieces of furniture exquisite 👌. The plumbing was a little bit lacking but the water was hot. I really appreciate how hard they have worked to keep the original character of the hotel. Our room had an open fire ready to go. Having a fire in the elegant room last night felt like i was magicaly transported to the 1930s. I hope others can experience this magic as well. "

"Our stay was 10/10. Maritza at the front desk was extremely helpful and helped us fill a two day itinerary with everything we wanted to do. The food and drinks were very good. Spa sauna is highly recommend with great views. Boat tour across the multiple towns in the lake is also a must. "

"Good cliffside hotel with sweeping views of the town and lake. The staff were incredibly friendly and even helped with luggage down the steep winding steps. The restaurant served fresh, delicious food, and the lakeside path made it easy to walk to town without needing a tuk‑tuk. A convenient and memorable stay."
