"Very clean and comfortable room. The breakfast room is always open so one can get a coffee or pastry or fruit any time. Apin, the proprietor, is super friendly, helpful and available. The location was excellent - walkable to the train station. 15 minutes to the Colosseum. Maybe 20 minutes to Trevi. 50 minute walk to Vatican. There is a good restaurant next door and lots of other restaurants and shopping nearby, I was concerned that there was no "reception desk" but Apin provided...

"Great location for us - a couple of minutes walk to several eating places, small corner shop type mini-market and Piazza Barberini which has a metro stop and e-scooter/bike park; 8-10 minutes to Spanish steps and Trevi fountain, 12-15 minutes to the main station, 15 or so to Pathenon and 20 to Piazza Navona and the Colesseum. Some of the cleanest rooms we have stayed in. En-suite and TV in the room, plenty of hot water with good water pressure! Everything that we needed - towels/soap/shower...

The location is perfect — close to major attractions, great restaurants, and public transportation, yet still quiet enough to relax after a full day of sightseeing. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and everything felt thoughtfully prepared. "This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed at Atypical Rooms in the last 4 years, and the experience has been wonderful both times. The rooms are spacious, modern, good WiFi, AC, great water shower water pressure and clean rooms. They do have a lift in the building, it’s small but at least it works. Although there is no staff on site other than the housekeeper, staff is very responsive via whatsup to anything you need. As a matter of fact, this last time I forgot an item after I checked out and they were...
