Me gusto la hospitalidad y trato del personal, me gusto el estableciemnto y lo acogedor que es, y la zono donde esta. Que no me gusto Los detalles nuevamente los detalles son lo que diferencian a un lugar bueno de uno excelente, tapas de sanitarios rotas y sin cubierta (visite 3 baños), errores en la reservacion, accesorios de baños sueltos (se caian al usarlos) toallas muy viejas y usadas. Son detalles peor si solo se atendieran esos detalles el lugar pasaria a ser un lugar excelente y son cosas faciles y baratas de reparar espero lo corrijan porque me gustaria volver.

Agradable y confortable

Mi viaje fue de negocios y solo requería un lugar para pasar la noche, ahí me encontré y con el desayuno muy sencillo pero sabroso, cerca de casi todo y en una zona muy bonita, realmente lo mejor es su precio super economico yo dure tres noches sin queja alguna.

Just Like Home

Wonderful home, very clean, comfortable. Breakfast was very nice. My favorite part was the house bunny, he runs around and plays with the guests, such an amazing experience. The owner is also a barber and gives kitchen cuts, nice feature. If you get to Chihuahua and your taxi driver doesn't know how to get here just say it's by "Soriana hiper a Mirador". The location is about a 40 minute walk to the city center, but having a cinema and grocery store nearby is really convenient.

I booked a single bedroom with a private bathroom. When I arrived at Paqui, they told me that they don't have a single bedroom although it was confirmed by them. Instead of being in an own room, I needed to go to the dorm. To get a private room, I had to pay way more than I should regarding my booking confirmation. In the end I stayed in a fully booked dorm with 5 other people which was horribly cold during nights (December). So we all slept with pants and sweater plus there was no warm water for taking a shower.

Todo muy bien, cómodo y tranquilo. Incluso la ubicación esta bien, aunque no está cerca del centro, se encuentra cerca de una zona comercial y de bares, pero si solo vas a descansar, es muy silencioso. El desayuno es bueno.

Me cobro de mas.. El dueño se excusó diciendo que

La estancia es agradable sin embargo el trato no es tan bueno... Dijo que la idea era que te sintieras como en casa. Sin embargo no hay desayuno temprano sino hasta las 8 o 10 de la mañana.. Te puedes servir lo que encuentres.. Pero no pasa de jugos de caja y algo de pan embolsado.. Le pedí factura y me cobro de mas excusandose que era el costo del impuesto... Lo pague y hasta el día de hoy no he recibido la factura.. Le he marcado por teléfono y no contesta. Al principio lo hacía pero no envío nada y me ha bloqueado. Pésima atención.
