Terrible pillows
"This is our got to hotel in Swindon. It’s usually perfect, however, this time, the bed was awful. So hard and pillows were either too hard or lumpy. Also, the sink wouldn’t drain water away."

"Another nice stay but this time the hot water tap was not working on my floor to be able to enjoy a hot drink in the morning.
