"Thank you for the great stay"

"First of all the room did not have a view, when checking in we were asked where we wanted at the end the room had no view. Secondly we were asked if we wanted to join membership, we received the 10 bucks credit but could not use as the cafeteria closes at 10am and our check out 11a , and thirdly the tub keeps getting clogged very gross."

"My husband is disabled so we requested a handicap accessible room. The room we were assigned had a whirlpool tub with a drain stopper that didn't work. No problem since he couldn't use the whirlpools but stepping over the tub side was difficult for him. Handicap accessibility is better achieved with a walk-in shower. The tub did have grab bars which helped."

"Rooms are extremely outdated and smell like dirty bacteria. Pillows and sheets has stains - called the office and they said to go downstairs and get them myself if I wanted them. I was overcharged for my stay compared to what I booked on Expedia - when I went downstairs to talk to someone at the front desk, nobody anywhere so I asked the lady working the kitchens and she tried to go find someone for 10 mins and then came back and said oh they must BOTH be outside. No room cleaning. Wouldn’t stay...

"This is our 3rd stay and we will return. We were very comfortable, felt heard if we had questions, and were well cared for. We will be back. "

"Front desk staff was not cooperative. They didn't really care about my request. I asked for 2 hours late check and they refused and said only one hour and any thing more than one hour they'll charge an extra day. And although I'm a hilton owner they still refused to give me that extra hour."

"This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I was really impressed. The bed was very comfortable, and everything was extremely clean. Even though I only stayed for one day, I had a really great experience — it far exceeded my expectations!"

"We were not told when we checked in that we had a handicap room. We had no room to place our bathroom stuff. When we tried to address the issues we were just told no other rooms were available. We stayed there 4 days and they did not resolve the issue. Will not be staying there again "

"Due to Bain Fire in Jurupa Valley, we were evacuated and we needed a pet friendly hotel. I called and reserved a room for two nights. It was pretty Quiet and I love that they have a courtyard and barbecue area. Everyone was friendly. The continental Breakfast was delicious. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was big like the tub. I would recommend this to anyone."

"The stay would have been great, on the surface everything seemed clean, turned out floors were dirty and shower had pubic hairs, otherwise might have turned out better."

"We were there for the graduation at cal state Fullerton, nice stay helpful staff. I asked for an extra hour to checkout just in case if we cannot check out on time at 11, after the ceremony. They allowed one hour. Thank you for that."
