Property was quirky, beds and pillows so sod, staff are lovely and made us feel so welcome

Everything we needed. Little more water pressure in shower would be nice but I did request room on the top floor. Bit more fruit at breakfast would help. Otherwise I can’t fault anything. Would recommend.

Good location and everything you want for a relaxing stay

We stayed one night as a stop over. The hotel was one of the few which offered a restaurant on a Sunday evening. The parking is up a ramp at the side of the hotel which wasn’t immediately obvious but there were plenty of spaces. Staff were very helpful.

A very well appointed hotel, close to highway with easy parking. We benefitted from the Wednesday evening 'Social' during which I chatted to the chef, Richard. He was a great guy. The room was large, the bed comfy and the bathroom good and clean.

Modern well presented hotel with good facilities on the edge of town. Great rooms with all facilities. Very clean and well presented. Staff were great and helpful. Nice pool (didn’t use personally) Only downside was no bar or licensed place to eat within walking distance. No food at the hotel.

Can't understand other ratings a comfortable Holiday Inn with the usual amenities what are you guys looking for?

Lovely place to stat

Nice hotel, Rooms were good, clean and beds comfy. Complimentary self service Breakfast was not bad and the only nitpicking moan was that there were no milk or creamers in the room for coffee or tea. No big deal as there was plenty in the lobby but a bit of a pain having to dress to get it.

The beds and room were comfortable. very homely feel to the lodge.It was peaceful and quiet at night. Rooms were kept clean and bins emptied regularly. Having the fridge and microwave and table in room to sit and eat was good. There wasn't much storage in the room to put out our clothes ( as we were a family of 3 adults sharing the room). Nice view from the back of the room to the lake but could not open curtains in front of room as no privacy if we did this. A bit disappointed with the...
