"When I booked the room it was for myself and my 15 year old granddaughter. I was offered a king size bed. When we got to the room it was a double bed. We couldn't open the window on a very warm night. A small fan was in the wardrobe which wasnt efficient at all. Spent a very uncomfortable night."

"Was a bit wary about this stay as we've had bad experiences in Brittania hotels before. However, these fears were unfounded. It was excellent, enormous room, with TV to match.
