"Booked reservation with breakfast buffet included. However, had to pay extra for the breakfast at the property. The staff did not validate my Expedia reservation that included breakfast buffet. Nothing comes complimentary with this property, charged more than half of per nights rate to check in early even though they had rooms available/ ready to check in. The air conditioning is centrally regulated it seems as cutting off in the middle of the night and cannot be turned on using the remote."

"The rooms were clean. The bathroom & toilet were average. The food at the restaurant was good. Benny Gomes (steward) was very helpful. There are two hotels with same name. One is Menino & other is Menino executive. There is no sign posting of the executive hotel. "

"The hotel is brand new and the rooms are refreshed with all the amenities needed to enjoy Goa. In a great location and very much enjoyed the professional and very excellent staff. Loved the warm welcome and amazing customer service, care and help from Michele, Prashant and Pranish. A beautiful place with a team that makes every experience positive! Will be back again.
