"Great breakfast. Safe and free parking.
At check out, the Caucasian woman who I believe may have been the manager was VERY rude to a person who was checking out. She threatened to charge for an additional day because he was checking out at 11:05am. When my husband gave her our key card at 11:07am she threw it across the counter in anger and made a unnecessary comment."

Room was old, dirty looking, dated and smells like wet dog .
Next time I will spend a little more for a newer hotel.
Food from restaurant and breakfast bar was good.
It had everything we needed but should have been nicer and cleaner. The staff and customers should have a better environment to sleep and work.
Change should be done asap . Or change the name that better describes its condition.

Ive been staying here since 2019 and this is the worst its been with cleaning of general areas ...pool is closed for renovation and rooms not done are very run down. However newly done areas look FANTASTIC!"
