"We had a very stressful day with dr. appt. and went to the lounge for a cocktail and the servers were so polite, congenial and lifted our spirits. Their names were Jennifer, Sonia, and Haron, and I hope that you will let the Hyatt Regency at Del Monte know this. It made our stay so much more enjoyable, ..."

"The hotel is clean and relatively well maintained. I dont like the bathroom sink being in the main room. Also the shower water pressure was little to none and the shower head was dirty. Apart from that pretty clean and bed was nice and clean. Overall 3.5/5"
