"La ubicación perfecta para llegar aeropuerto por la cercanía. Pasamos solo 1 noche ya que al otro día viajábamos muy temprano. El uber cobro 7 euros La habitacion perfecta, todo muy limpio, gran tamaño, piscina, aire. Tomar en cuenta que para ir al centro hay que caminar como 800 metros a la estación del metro."

"Overall a great pitstop to stay at before catching a flight. The shuttle system provided was great and affordable. Friendly staff as well and rooms were quite nice. The only thing I want to address is for the supper service, I am not pleased with whoever manages it or handles the shift scheduling for that, because they were severely understaffed and the poor waiter was doing everything to manage how busy they had gotten, such as taking orders, bringing out food, cleaning up finished tables, seating guests, answering questions, translating for the bartender etc. It really makes you feel bad as a customer when you can see employees struggling. And keep in mind this is a complaint against whoever isn’t staffing the supper service properly, NOT a complaint against the waiter. They did an incredible job."

"- Easy check-in (about 5-10mins), can be done online as well - Functional cards to access the rooms; had one issue that was resolved in 5mins - I have not personally tried the food over there but I’ve been told it’s not terrible - I’ve not used the laundry systems but there is a paper in the closet with the prices; seems kind of expensive honestly since it’s a cost per piece of clothing; same thing for ironing - Rooms are very nice, bathroom as well, bidet included - The cleaning team is nice, but I will say that once it’s past 11-12, it is unlikely that they will pass again even if we indicate that the room is free to be cleaned - Communication with the hotel team is easy with a little Spanish skill; they speak a little english as well so it’s easy to bridge both languages - Gym available; didn’t use it, but it seemed to have enough equipment to work out Overall: 4/5, I never really had to think much about the hotel in a negative sense, but it didn’t stick out to me in a way that I’d be excited to come back to rest. **The available pictures are after the cleaning personnel passed while we were using the room (we didn’t mind, we just wanted to stay in but still have the room cleaned); so it wasn’t done 100%. When we would leave though, it’d be done perfectly.**"
