"Room wasn't "

"Staff were excellent. Everyone was friendly and very accommodating of all our needs. Especially the Arbour restaurant who made us the best fries. "

"Same breakfast everyday. Late start 7 am did not get to eat often."

"The room was clean but the carpet was very old and lifting from the floor. The parking lot was in rough shape. I only stayed a couple of days. But it seemed okay. There was no blow dryer in the room. And every other place I've gone they usually have complimentary coffee in the room but they didn't have anything like that."

"The place is super old and poor maintained. It smells like cigarrete and weed everywhere. The toilet was filthy, literally. They changed the room but the smell like smoke was unbearable. It is a terrible place. The lady at the front desk was nice. She was the only nice thing in this place."

"Great decor, unique property. TV didn’t work very well, the thermostat didn’t seem to turn from AC to heat, and the blinds didn’t keep the room dark come 7:30. The room was very stylish and the staff very friendly and helpful! "

"My third time staying at Crowne Plaza Kitchener. The staff is exceptional! They even remembered me! Always extremely professional, kind, accommodating, and patient. My upgraded room was so comfortable and clean. Aqua, the restaurant, is delicious and the wait staff is wonderful. I also used the fitness centre this visit. Was surprised at how many options for working out are available. An exercise room, pool, bowling alley, putt putt golf! I will be staying there again soon!"

"This hotel has never let me down. The restaurant food is delicious. They offer breakfast and dinner and I highly recommend BOTH! The kitchen staff is so friendly. The reception staff are also friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. It's a very quiet place to sleep. I took advantage of the fitness room during my 4 day stay. Just perfect. The reason for the 4/5 score for the 'condition of the property' is because only one of two elevators was working and...

"Great stay! Would recommend but note that there are several messages and forms you receive prior to check-in. When we got to the concierge desk to check-in, they asked for our room number, and I had no idea where to find it in amongst all the messages/documents. So, stay here but just know there will be a series of things to do in advance and it would be helpful to make a note of info from those documents to have easily on hand. "

"Very premium experience. Valet parking included, they charged our EV and took it off the charger when full. Helped us with every request. Our room was ready early so they allowed us to check in a bit early and enjoy the facilities. Great experience. "
