"Dreadful communication, I emailed a query 3 days prior to arrival & had no response. The night before arrival I got an email saying I hadn’t paid. I’d not received a request for payment. The payment link was still not sent and on the morning of arrival I got another email saying I’d not paid shortly followed by yet another demand. Eventually they sent the link & I got instructions for entry. I arrived and sent a message asking for a parking permit. No reply for 34 minutes by which time I’d...

"The room was very clean and the parking was perfect...right outside our room. The breakfast room was lovely and the breakfast was delicious. The towels were very plush. The only reason we did not give 5 stars was there was no luggage rack and the shower pressure was a bit hit or miss."
