"Room was full of roaches, they offered me spray to kill them. I asked them to sweep the next day, no one ever came.asked again they came but didn’t sweep dead roaches on the ground still. There was a crack in the wall of the shower, looked like they tried to patch it but didn’t work too good. Had washer and dryer but one of the dryers didn’t work . Had to go into the office everyday because my card wouldn’t work to open the room. Had to do it all 3 days I stayed"

"Charming place, beautiful room, lake view is a must. Pool and hot tub beautiful.swans on the lake. We are ancient and my husband had to go to the emergency room the last night -but didn’t dampen our spirits."

"Check in was a breeze. However lots of renovating going on. Wasn’t aware that I would be woken up by all the work being done.mostly likely won’t stay here again. Pool was in needed of a clean"

"Nice hotel and great location. But misleading regarding the business center and pool. I stayed here because it advertised a 24/7 business center but the business center is in the lobby with no privacy at all. I had to do private work calls and had to do them outside in the cold since I wasn’t going to take calls in the lobby. The pool also was under construction which was not disclosed until we checked into the hotel. Our room key never worked our entire stay to exit the parking garage so we always had to call for help and they still expected us to pay the $45 nightly parking fee. I wouldn’t stay here again."

"My only complaint is not being able to rent a golf cart to get around the resort their tram/trolley system is not very convenient for my family and I we found"
