"Check-in was easy and the staff was friendly. They upgraded me to a recently renovated room without me asking. This was the first hotel. I’ve stayed in since Covid, where the housekeeping staff came in every single day to clean the room and refresh my linens. They also kept me with two bottles of water each day. I will definitely stay here again. It is located two blocks away from the 96th St. subway station so it is very convenient to get around Manhattan."
