We love the location and have stayed here and in the area several times. The property is a little tired but the views (as long as you have an oceanside room, make up for it. Hotel is right on the beach. Breakfast is excellent. Hotel hallways were quiet. Hotel is dated but still functional. Trains/public transit are down for a while as Mosley square is under major construction until well into 2026 so we ended up using Uber to get around from the hotel.
