"Honestly, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. From the moment we checked in, things were already off. The room was not clean—there were stains on the sheets and the bathroom clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned. To make things worse, the air conditioning barely worked, making it uncomfortable to sleep. When we brought this up to the front desk, the staff seemed uninterested and didn’t offer any real solution. For the price we paid, this was completely unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here, and I definitely won’t be coming back.”"

"The staff was always courteous. Anytime you walked in they would greet you. This was one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in and always smelt so nice and clean. The rooms are like basic but modern, no iron no refrigerator but honestly that didn’t matter to me because they were so clean. The area was nice and has alot of food and shopping mall within a short walking distance. The breakfast was basic Mexican staples but it was so yummy. I booked through hotels.com and the price was NOT expensive. This will definitely be my go to hotel when I am back in Juarez."
