"Hotel is very very old! Smells old, looks old, and simply not clean enough for a nights stay! Had to ask the housekeeper to clean the bathroom because it stinks and she asked if I want her to spray air freshener."

"The front desk attendant Cesare was amazing and very welcoming. The room was clean, cleaning and comfortable, and the balcony of view was great. While the restaurant food was good, the staff was not friendly. The shuttle to the cruise port was very convenient and efficient."
