"We had a fantastic stay at Imperial Topaz at Richmond and would definitely recommend it. The property was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and very well maintained. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and presented to a high standard, making it feel like a home away from home. All the amenities were excellent and everything worked as expected. "If you 're tired of the same ole same ole all inclusive hotels that keep you in a little touristy bubble this is the way to go . Our experience here was the best we have has travelling to Jamaica. This is a house is located in a gated community within a community with real Jamaican neighbors.It was extremely quiet and private and besides a few people jogging in the mornings we hardly saw anyone. "Property looks just like the picture, very spacious, can be very hot n humid entering the country. We visited Feb 2020 and left snow behind. When we got to Taylormade we were very pleased with AC in every room including the common areas and ceiling fans as well.. Ms Powell was excellent, attentive, inviting and there to help when needed. Puerto Secko Beach was the highlight of the trip. We strongly recommend this Taylormade property."

"This property was not even there…it is listed on Expedia and when I booked and arrived….there is not even anything there…needs to be taken down off of this site because it is not even available at all!!! So devastating to book and pay a lot of money to find out it is not available. Spent over 45 mins on cellular data to try and cancel the booking and get my money back"
