"Property met out expectations. Close to the pool. Kid friendly. Great place to have a relaxintion vacation. "

"This property was a scam and expedia was of no assistance in helping me get my money back. From before I reached Jamaica I contacted expedia to let them know I was unable to get in contact with the property. I did not have access to the property and yet expedia sees no issue with taking my money to give to these scammers."

This property really deserve more than a 5 star. it was immaculate inside and outside We loved everything about it. extremely quiet the property manager took the time out to reach out to me personally and I really really appreciate that. I will be staying here again very soon possibly in July I’ve also recommending it to my family & friends as well.that are traveling to Jamaica very soon!"

"If you 're tired of the same ole same ole all inclusive hotels that keep you in a little touristy bubble this is the way to go . Our experience here was the best we have has travelling to Jamaica. This is a house is located in a gated community within a community with real Jamaican neighbors. It was extremely quiet and private and besides a few people jogging in the mornings we hardly saw anyone. The neighbors we met at the pool were very friendly and warm. Beautiful community! The house itself...

"This property was not even there…it is listed on Expedia and when I booked and arrived….there is not even anything there…needs to be taken down off of this site because it is not even available at all!!! So devastating to book and pay a lot of money to find out it is not available. Spent over 45 mins on cellular data to try and cancel the booking and get my money back"

"The Villa was comfortable, the surroundings beautiful and the owner and staff very helpful and gracious. The ocean's view and the waves sound are peaceful and calming. I added the great housekeeper option; her food was good, and I had nothing else to do but relax. All round great experience and I will do it again!"

"Last minute while at airport I received an email to say that the place reserved was no longer available. After being on the phone for over an hour I was offered another place which was smaller. I had no choice but to take it or me and my kids would have been on the street. Upon entering the place, it was immediately noticed that it was not clean, no light bulbs, 1 tv in one of the bedrooms. "House was clean and comfy. Lots of tvs but was not able to watch them. I didn’t like the idea that a 3 bedroom was booked, but had to pay for each per beside the rental…. Hidden costs"

"Excellent communication and customer service. The property is in great condition. One disadvantage, the pool was a mirage (we never saw one)."

"Total scam!! Don’t do it. I booked this place 8/9/24. Property manager emailed me to cancel couple days before check in 8/29/24 stating the property was not ready due to storm from 7/3. No refund, not responding to me or the platform they use to take customers money. They had my phone number and decided to wait last minute to cancel via email. All while the platform they use was sending updates even as recent as the day before my check in reminding me that my check in was 8/29. Very...
