"There was no wireless outlets near bed to plug in phone. This is very important as there are no alarm clocks in room and depend on own phone alarm clock to go off."

"We were pleasantly surprised with the amenities in the accessible room we had requested. The room was large enough to get around easily and the flooring was LVT (not carpeting). Having a recliner in the room was a big plus, making leg compression possible. The walk-in shower made it much easier and safer to use than the tub/shower combo in most regular rooms, especially for our older generation; falling is always a concern for people our age.
