"Overall, the hotel itself was clean, and the indoor pool was well-maintained, clean, and safe to swim in. The AC worked well, and the room was comfortable enough for an overnight stay. However, my biggest concern was the hotel's use of a remote Customer Service Kiosk instead of an in-person front desk. As a Deaf traveler who relies heavily on lipreading, this system was very difficult to use. I had to communicate with a representative through a TV screen, and there were no captions available....

"Sink didn’t drain, bedding was clean, water pressure was amazing in shower, refrigerator clean and working, breakfast was lower quality and coffee comes out of machine, not fresh. Overall good value, older facilities but economical and functional."
