"I am trying to get the $100.00 hold on the hotel back. Instead of it being a hold they charged my card the $100.00. I called and was told it would be a week for them to refund what was suppose to be a hold. It is 6 days and so far they have not credited us. We only slept there. There is no reason to charge for damages. No one was around when we left so I just put the keys on the counter at 6 AM. I have never had a hold actually charged before. Now I am fighting to get my hold money back. I would never stay here again because of this."

"Parking was easy, in the first room the light switches were not working, the faucet handle was broken, the linens were dirty, there were metal parts coming out of the bed, very dangerous for walking closer to bed. TV didn't work. After complaining they give us the other room, which were not that great but better than the first one. The toilet water tanks had different lids, not belonging to the tank. Staff was friendly and helpful. "
