"Enjoyed our stay, food was decent pub grub nothing spectacular but decent enough. Was told by bar girl I couldn’t start a tab (even though I showed my room key) but our friends did? Had to ask to be served at the bar as was not acknowledged by 3 staff behind the bar. Customer service definitely needs ..."
