"Absolutely dirty couldn’t even walk across the floor without our feet turning black, the air vent was brown from dirt buildup, the shower didn’t get hot, the “heated pool” was so cold my kids couldn’t even swim which is what we came for, I’m so appalled by the upkeep of this property it was disgusting ..."
