no heat in room, would not answer phone listed on internet, a lot lower rate posted on sign at motel. I found another motel. co-workers staying at more stay talk about the problems they encounter.

The hotel needs updating, with new beds and furnishings, Paint. No carpet in the halls. Windows dirty, Wall halls need repainting as well as the rooms.

Sheets had burnt holes in them. Roach spray outside the room. Smelled awful! Creepy place. Lobby does not look like whats in hotel pictures. I was handed the control to tv at check in. Waited 20 min before getting checked in. Decided to not stay and went tona different hotel. Awful hotel do not book.

Fair for the price

The place was OK I think it was under renovation or something it looks like one of the hotels that have residents that stay long term not quite appealing to the eye but the rooms were fair for the price

So dirty & unsafe I left!

It was dirty, staff was unprofessional. I felt very u safe to the point I packed up and left. I didn’t even stay 1 night. Worst experience ever!

Not good.

Dirty. Smelly. Lobby and hallway not air conditioned. It seemed hot. No elevator to get to the second floor. Big sign in the hallway “No drugs allowed on premises”. Couldn’t open the room door. I left in fear for my safety.

No AC in lobby, including breakfast area. AC in our room made horrible whining sound--couldn't sleep with it on. Remote did not function with TV. No clock in room. No cold water--both knobs in bathroom sink produced hot water...? 3 guests waiting to check out at 10:00 am had to wait and search hotel for front desk staff for 10 minutes.

Worst crackhead palace if seen in awhile

The heat in the building was stuck on and the room was 85 degrees for the first 3 days I was there. The sink plumbing was clogged so bad in the building wall , there was green rotten putrid sewage backing up into my sink for 3days. I complained about all of it multiple times and it was considered a joke by the hotel manager. Expedia should sever all ties with this place. The hallway carpet is blue originally but it’s mostly black now. Truly filthy place. My room hadn’t been cleaned for undetermined amount of time. Maybe months. Once I was moved in I really was kinda stuck. I’m working at a nuclear plant on 12hr nite shift 7 days. Couldn’t really try to make a move since there really wasn’t enough time in a day.

A sub standard hotel

Most of the pictures this hotel provides to Trip Advisor, Expedia, and other travel sites is from 2012. There is NO swimming pool as listed on numerous websites. Upon check in, a hotel maintenance man informed me the swimming pool was filled with cement as it was too expensive to maintain. I immediately requested a refund which the front desk clerk promised would be refunded to my card 3 months ago. Now the hotel posted the charge back to my card, because the hotel staff never processed a refund. As an Expedia representative tried to contact the hotel on my behalf to process the refund, the telephone number provided by the hotel never connected. Be wise and avoid this hotel.

Avoid like the plague

Awful. Supposedly under construction but I've seen abaondoned buildings cleaner than this. This isn't construction mess, this is filth. Dirty sheets, filthy rooms, moldy corridors, no deadbolt or security chain. Random wake-up call at 1:30 AM and then a fight in the hallway at 2:00am. It smelled like urine, mold, wet dog, and feces. Infested with insects. Just stay away.

Requested refund five minutes after check-in.

The hotel had a musty smell, the pool was filled with cement, and the hotel looked mostly abandoned. I'm surprised Motel 6 allows to be part of their chain. Expedia would be wise to remove this hotel from their website.
