"Pro-Night front desk was wonderful. Check in was a friendly experience. Cons- room was dirty and not well maintained. Bed was VERY uncomfortable. Owner was not helpful in any way during the stay."

"I checked in last Friday night to this hotel and walked into what can only be described as a cloud of smoke. After talking to the front desk it sounded like there was a mix up with our booking but they assured me they could get us into a non-smoking room. The non smoking room they gave us as it turns out was actually just a previous smoking room that they had swapped a coat of paint on. Which did not matter because the chair in the corner had a cigarette burn and the smoke detector was hanging...

The hotel was extremely clean, the rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and the beds were very comfortable after a long day at the festival. "This hotel was IMMACULATE!! Although this hotel is older, it is very well maintained and spotless. The grounds, landscaping, interior and exterior of buildings was perfect! It was cleaner than some newer hotels, and to me, that is most impressive and important. The air conditioning works great and fast. We were very comfortable. The bathroom was was immaculate and the only problem was our soap dispensers did not work or were not filled, but I was able to smell the beautiful aroma of the argan...

"We asked about early check in before the Railbird Festival and the staff gladly let us check in at 12:30. The property was very clean(almost sterile feeling). Parking was a breeze and breakfast was great! There are many food options close. Just around the corner you’ll find a Kroger, Walmart and a mall. I’d recommend this particular Hampton Inn for any trip close to Lexington."

"I don't think the room was ever cleaned. The carpet was dirty and sticky. There was crumbs in the corners. There was something sticky on the table below the TV. The shower had stains in like it hadn't been scrubbed in a long time. The toilet rocked when you sat on it. I honestly couldn't tell if the sheets were clean or not. The shower curtain was ripped. There was also stuff on the wall. I mentioned it to the staff, she said she would talk to the cleaning staff but when I returned nothing...

"The room was clean and modern with very comfy mattresses. The bathroom had name brand toiletries. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. The location is close to the interstate and many places to eat and shop. We didn't get to try the on-site sushi restaurant because of other plans and lack of time, but friends and family all recommended it. We will definitely be back."

"Hotel was very clean and didn't have any lingering smell or spots or stains on the hotel floor. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The food at the ground floor restaurant 33 Staves was excellent and I would strongly recommend to try it out especially if you want to stay away from fast food places at the giant mall. Drew at the front desk check us in and he was very friendly and a great host."
