"The floor was sticky, the tap in the bathroom was broken off, very little water pressure, loose toilet seat, lots of chips in the bathtub and an odour in the room."

Trash bags were left out in the hall. Elevator broke down. This place looks worse and worse every time we've stayed. This will be the last time."
