Wonderful location in a restored village in the middle of the countryside. Spacious rooms, large swimming pool, friendly staff and you can even visit the roman remains of a house which belonged to high ranking official! Onsite restaurant with good quality options. Superb value for money!

This is a beautiful property. The buildings and surrounding countryside. The outdoor amenities are terrific with a large pool and a jetted smaller pool (cold water). The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was small and utilitarian and the bed was too hard for our liking. We are dinner and breakfast there and both meals were good (especially the cooked breakfast). The only downside of the property is that it is aging and in need of updating and maintenance. We still enjoyed our stay and would recommend it as a relaxing away from the crowd getaway.

Dejlig lokation midt i Bjergene men sørgelig at restaurant er lukket og der er over 10 km til nærmeste spisested det gør at det ikke er et godt sted at være for du har ikke mulighed for at få aftensmad uden du skulle ud og køre en lang tur og det er jeg selv om der står i appen at de har både den ene og den anden restaurant de har kun pulver der lukker klokken 18 hvor du kan få lidt at spise sandwich og så videre

Ne vaut pas 4 étoiles

Personnel sympathique. La propriété est magnifique d'extérieure, même si elle donne l'impression d'être sans vie. Gros problème d'hygiène (toilette sale, poussière, baignoire tachée, toiles d'araignée). La chambre était spacieuse mais assez sombre. L'éclairage est à revoir. Nous avons était agréablement surpris par le petit déjeuner.

La promessa vivere una esperienza tipica di un "relais" purtroppo non è affatto mantenuta. La struttura, molto bella e inserita in un contesto naturale con grandi potenzialità, è gestita come una "piscina comunale" in overselling, i cui spazi e servizi dedicati al relais sono presi d'assalto da avventori giornalieri, famiglie nunerose con cani al seguito, impossibili da contenere nella loro esuberanza da parte del personale della struttura, assolutamente lodevole per l'impegno, ma in numero totalmente insufficiente rispetto alle esigenze dei poveri ospiti. Se a ciò aggiungiamo che la struttura accoglie eventi, matrimoni con musiche e balli fino a notte fonda a volumi oltre la tollerabitità, allora ci si chiede perchè definirsi relais e non piscina con discoteca. Le 4 stelle di cui si fregia non sono assolutamente giustificate. Forse il progetto iniziale aveva una direzione diversa ma poi è scaduto a quello che è ora. La gestione si dovrebbe chiedere perchè gli ospjti della struttura alberghiera dovrebbero essere contenti di non avere un metro quadro di ombra visto che anche l'area che sarebbe loro riservata è presa d'assalto dalla clientela giornaliera della piscina. Peccato.

Struttura molto bella, manca di cura all'altezza della location che potrebbe essere. Il personale che era presente si è prodigato al massimo per fare accoglienza, purtroppo la stanza non era pulita e in generale manca la cura della struttura che uno si aspetta per la cifra pagata.

Non è un 4 stelle

Purtroppo il posto è tenuto male. L'esterno è molto bello ma le camere sono prive di carattere e soprattutto comfort. Spoglie, bagno vecchio, accozzaglia di mobili senza nessuna attenzione/cura. La colazione terribile, ricca ma sicuramente non cibi freschi (i biscotti erano vecchi e il poan carrè era stato riscaldato così tante volte che era curvato).

La struttura era in perfette condizioni, era un vecchio borgo che è stato completamente restaurato. La stanza (noi avevamo quella base) era spaziosa e con un grande bagno. La cosa più bella e affascinante era l'immenso giardino costeggiato da un piccolo fiume e da un colle. Le due piscine sono sempre a disposizione per gli ospiti. Un posto perfetto per rilassarsi immersi nella natura. Ottimo anche il ristorante, abbiamo mangiato a bordo piscina.

La struttura è bellissima, sembra un borgo in pietra immerso nel verde, ma le stanze sono moderne. Peccato perché se vi danno le stanze in fondo il Wi-Fi non prende e il cel prende poco laggiù. Inoltre il personale quel giorno scarseggiava, ci ha aiutato un ragazzo che poverino ci ha accolto, fatto da cameriere e tutto il resto quindi il servizio non poteva essere eccellente perché era da solo per servire tutti. La cucina del ristorante comunque buona.

A stunning hotel in the centre of Italy.

A real gem of a hotel in a quiet backwater in a beautiful part of Italy. The staff were totally charming and very helpful. My room was very comfortable and well appointed. Stunning views from the bedroom window, but even better ones sat outside on the terrace. Fantastic pools that were beautifully clean. Plenty of choice for breakfast and dinner, but limited opening hours, so be warned as the nearest shops or restaurants are a fifteen minute car ride away. Walks and fly fishing (trout) available on the doorstep. I was spoilt rotten, as I had the whole place to myself for three nights. Work took me here, but I plan to return and holiday here at some point in the not too distant future. A real corker of a place.

Bel Posto ....peccato che!!!

Sono molto delusa dall organizzazione dell hotel, siamo arrivati da Roma per un week end romantico approfittando di Ferragosto, con tanto di numero d prenotazione sul sito it.hotels.com di una suite con ricevuta confermata da almeno da 10 gg, ma alla reception dell Hotel oltre a comunicarci che non c era nè prenotazione ...non c era nemmeno un alternativa!!! In piû hanno cominciato a scaricare la responsabilità al fatto che la prenotare online non garantisce sicurezza!!!!!! Quindi la colpa era nostra che non avevamo chiamato l hotel per dirgli di controllare le mail giornaliere! (Visto che l agenzia in allegato ha mandato conferma e num di prenotazione ad entrambi)!!! Scrivo questo perché penso che possa succedere ancora, visto che a quanto ho capito l episodio è già accaduto con la stessa agenzia quindi attenzione a prenotare su it.hotels.com !
