"Brilliant room, fantastically old and quirky building, and wonderful staff. We had an evening meal and was disappointed the restarurant was closed but ate in the bar instead and food was good. The only downside is the hotel is not staffed overnight, so be extra careful not to leave anything in your room before 'checking out' as you will not be able to get back in, I stupidly left my car keys in the room and although there was nothing we could do on the day the hotel were super resposnsive in...

"Switched selected room upon arrival as room I reserved was not available anymore. Had no power to charge devices before a long flight due to what appeared to be a shortage in electricity. Was promised an investigation regarding my reporting of a room that was not cleaned but no one had followed up with me, messages ignored also. "

"Amazing hydrotherapy pool. Steam room nice sauna sadly closed for maintenance. Room perfect for Heathrow hotel. Very clean big bed spacious. Breakfast excellent, evening meal in hotel also very good - not cheap but fair price was good. Easy transfer on “hoppa” bus to terminal 5 (NB this hotel is 10 minutes from terminal it is NOT on site terminal hotel which we found misleading) Only gripe was only had alcoholic drinks available in executive lounge between 5-7pm. Ideal stay for lunchtime...

"Wir hatten ein Deluxe Zimmer, was auch zu empfehlen ist, da es sonst eng werden könnte. Das Badezimmer war tatsächlich ziemlich klein, hat aber gut ausgereicht. Das Personal stand rund um die Uhr zur Verfügung und hat vor allem beim Frühstück und Essen generell sehr schnell geholfen und war wirklich sehr nett. Es ist kein Frühstücksbuffet, sondern a la carte. Die Auswahl war aber reichlich und uns hat es sehr gefallen. "
