Beautiful hotel, well run. Staff were a level up from other Fijian hotels we stayed at. Great room in the new wing. Although general areas such as lift could have done with more regular cleaning attention.

The staff is the reason I normally stay here. Great team, biggest smiles and just warmth. Keep it up Novotel Lami. Great scenery with bay view, clean and comfortable. I would recommend it to everyone, especially those travelling for business but family friendly as well.
