Das Zimmer roch etwas muffig, war aber ansonsten ok sauber und die Lage war halt unschlagbar für den Preis! Würde wieder hin. Der Rest vom Hotel ist etwas verwinkelt und die Rezeption har was von einem Postamt in Italien, überall stapelt sich Papier und Ordner, aber ist egal. Hat alles geklappt und war ok

Wir hatten Kakerlaken auf dem Zimmer. Deswegen müssten wir Nachts um 00:30 mit Kind umziehen. Außer dem Nachtportier hat es niemand interessiert. Am nächsten morgen würden wir deswegen sehr sehr unfreundlich behandelt. Personal im allgemeinen sehr genervt und unfreundlich. Tolle Lage aber nie wieder.

Das Zimmer war mitten im Treppenhaus. Sehr klein und vorallem waren Bauarbeiter im Haus zugange. Es war um 6uhr schon sehr laut. Keine Möglichkeit sich auszuruhen!

駅から近くとても便利な場所にあるのですが、室内の設備が馴染みませんでした。 ヒーターはありますが調整できません。空調がありません。洗面台には栓がありません。 あとはなんとかなるかな。

Tiny single room and very noisy. One can hear everything from other rooms and people on the floor. The pillow is very thin and uncomfortable. But the location is good. Very close to central station.

I really liked that it was right on the center of cologne and super close to the main attractions of the city like the beautiful cathedral. There are many places to eat around and the central station is literally one block away. It was affordable and clean. The one thing I didnt like was that they gave us one room that was on the first floor with no view and we could not turn the tv on. We asked for help to one of the staff members at the front desk but she just kept saying "i dont know" like she didnt care. The other front desk members were nice though.

Overpriced for what you get. Great location though
The staff was very unfriendly and not welcoming, gave no information on the lobby breakfast etc. The hotel itself smelled like cigarette smoke, although the room was fine. Asvertised as a double bed, but was 2 singles pushed together. The shower was a disaster, old and dirty, not to mention the shower head kept falling off the holder. The hair dryer could just as well be nonexistent. Location is probably the best part of the stay - you wouldnt want to spend much time in your room or the lobby (if it exists) anyway. We arent fancy travelers, but for what we paid to stay here, there is definitely room for improvement. I also dont usually leave reviews but thought this particular place could use the feedback. Specifically the lack of hospitality from the front desk - first impressions mean everything.

Bad experince
It was one of the worst place I have stayed. The second building where they gav ethe room was just horrible. Dirty, dingy, no proper lighting, door would not close, very rude lady in the morning shift. I pais $100/day. Learned my lesson. The inly good thing is the location, since it's close to Railway statioin. Not worth more than $40.

The location is perfect. Just a few steps from the train station and the cathedral. The room itself was spacious and had the essentials for a short stay. It is a bit strange to get out of the building to the street and enter another to get to the room (quadruple), and it's hard to climb 5 stories with no elevator with luggage, but for us the view to the San Andreas church and sound of bells made up for it. The keys didn't quite work, they need to change the system. There's a room to store your luggage in case you need it.

Det verste hotellet jeg har vært på. Sure resepsjonister. Rommet lå ved en annen inngang, måtte gå ut på gaten og lengre nedover gaten. Rommet lå i 4. etg uten heis, mørkt, ekkelt rom. Stativet til dusjhåndtaket falt ned. Lite bad, og måtte åpne døren ut til rommet for å kunne tørke meg. Og totalt overpriset

This hotel has an excellent location. Close to the train station and metro. It has the Cathedral at walking distance of two blocks Shopping and attractions. I would highly recommend it.

Good clean cheap
It’s a nice place. I stayed in the new renuated part of the hotel. Checkinn very smooth. Chef is very nice & made special omlette for me for breakfast. Over all value for money. Location excellent 2 mins from koln HBF.

Location, location, location... but at what cost? Staying at the Boutique 003 next to the main station was a lesson in bittersweet convenience. Sure, you can't beat the train connection, but strap in for a bumpy ride into your room. Stairway to (unsatisfying) heaven: Forget elevators, my calves got a serious workout lugging luggage up four flights of creaky stairs. And the reward at the top? A door that looked like it hadn't been painted since the Berlin Wall fell. The "bathroom" was more like a Tetris puzzle of fixtures crammed into a shoebox. The only saving grace was the proximity to the station. Who should stay here? Desperate souls caught in a travel snafu, backpackers with masochistic tendencies, or maybe ghosts who appreciate a vintage vibe (and don't need mirrors or hot water). Recommendation: Pack some hand sanitizer, earplugs, and an Olympic-level stair-climbing champion as your travel companion. Otherwise, keep scrolling for hotels that don't require spelunking skills to reach your room. Rating: 2 out of 5 train stars (and even that feels generous)

Cama horrible
El colchón de la cama en muy mal estado; las sábanas sucias con marcas de calzado que no era el nuestro. El control de la TV no funcionó, pedí que me lo cambiaran, pero tampoco funcionaba. Cuando me cambiaron toallas, sólo dejaron una de baño, y a cambio de la otra, nos dejaron tres de mano. La atención de la recepcionista que nos atendió al llegar, deja mucho que desear, no así los dos chicos que estaban en turno el día 26.

Stayed here because I had booked another not great hotel and needed to find something last minute that would be better. I mentioned it on check in and the receptionist was so friendly and asked to let him know if i had any issues with the room because they would want to help. It was comfortable, clean, large enough and perfect location

This is your basic hotel if your looking for a convenient place within 5 min walk of the cathedral and the train station. Was clean and good. Front desk staff had huge issues checking in was a very slow process with a line of people out the door waiting.

The best thing about this hotel is, it's close to the train station. Room was small but clean, the sheets were fresh.. The hallway needs refurbishing. Elevator is rather small, hopefully it doesn't breakdown all the time because there was one occasion it didn't work. Check in was ok

Hotel was vies en gehorig. Enige wat schoon was, was het bed. Schimmel op de muren, lekkage in de badkamer. Als de bovenburen aan het douchen waren, stond onze badkamer onder water. Verschrikkelijk stinkende afvoer, waar je amper van kon slapen. Wanneer je dit verteld aan personeel wordt er lacherig over gedaan. Ontbijt was geen 14,90€ waard. Weinig tot geen variatie. Locatie was wel goed, 3 min lopen van de Dom en 1 min lopen naar de metro.
