"Great stay. Unfortunately our room was one with the shared door in which the neighbors consistently tried opening late at night from 10-12pm. Thankfully our side had the locks. Breakfast was nicer than most and pretty tasty. Would definitely stay again but request a non shared room for safety concerns."

"The property was clean. The front desk staff were kind.
We stayed one evening. The room was fine with the basic amenities you'd expect.
The hotel does not have an elevator.
The breakfast was very bare bones and they were very slow in restocking the breakfast items. Milk, eggs, etc. Limited selection of items. Lots of breads which isn't for everyone.
the bacon was quite fatty quality."

"Clean room. Bathroom had some visible water damage on the tile floor right outside the shower, however not a big issue.
We had to request a last minute change in bed accommodation (single king to two queen beds) and they're able to accommodate us as they had a room available. Overall, very good. Recommended!"

"We were told our room was flooded when we arrived and they were booked so we were unable to stay our 2 nights at this property. The check in staff worked hard to find us another room for one night which was their sister property Residence Inn close by. We found our own room with a different property for our 2nd night closer to where we'd be traveling out of Colorado Springs the next day. All worked out and we appreciate the staff at this property even though we couldn't stay there."

"My wife and I both enjoyed our stay and thought the beds and pillows were so nice we are considering buying ones just like it. "Checking was ok, had a Jaccusi Suit and had to ask again for Sheet Set, that's the second d time since we stayed there. Tye best thing about that Hotel is Michael from the Breakfast Room, friendly and keeps tye place clean. Front Desk is a little on the unfriendly side, but nothing we hadn't experienced last year either when we stayed there. The Custodian was super friendly.
It's our go to hotel when we left and came back. Breakfast is always good and the place runs great except for Friday...
