Didn’t even meet low standards

The staff member was friendly and looked to be making the best of a bad situation. Accommodations were horrible even for a cheap room. 1. Room was unsecure upon arrival 2. Huge puddle of water 3. Room oder of marijuana 4. No towels (also no towels available at desk because all were in wash) 5. No blanket (was told only available upon request) 6. Shower broken and moldy also could not be turned off 7. The towel I did receive the next morning was stained pretty bad

While the staff were wonderful…the area, the property, and the room left quite a bit to be desired. In the area itself, there appeared to be many transients of the questionable type, the exterior of the property itself was dirty with trash on the ground, on the stairs to the second floor, and overflowing trash cans, and the smell…eww, not sure if it were sitting water or urine, and the room itself, the key was touch and go for working, the carpets were stained, the ceiling was stained with some type of spatter which I couldn’t determine, the shower curtain was dirty, the bedding and towels were threadbare, and I fell to sleep and woke a couple times through the night to the sound of police sirens. But the staff was real nice.

I booked without checking reviews, was expecting it to be a lot worse than it was. Clean sheets were good. Breakfast wasn't great the waffle maker was just for show, that was disappointing. Very run down building that kinda smells, but Lysol took care of that. Not to bad overall for the price.

Less than expected, even at the price point. Several hundred yard off the road on the dilapidated asphalt road. Unkept parking lot. Towels and bath hardware stained. Sheets were an exception, smooth and clean. The mesh chair seat was broken, so the only seat was on the unpadded frame. Breakfast was limited. Sweetened dry cereal or make your own waffles. Milk was out on the counter.

Place under renovation, understandable. But, I waited over 10 minutes for Jarod to come to the front desk to greet me and check in. I was about to leave! The electronic key and lock needed a new battery so I was locked out of my room. He fixed it at my request but wanted to put it off until I was gone from my room. Why? The door to the room had big cracks around the jamb. Could see daylight all around the door. The TV wasn’t set up so I was asked to let them come in to set it up. Why rent a room that’s clearly not ready? The parking lot had severe potholes and bumpiness. I didn’t get any attitude from the staff, which is about the only positive thing to say.
