"The room was available for an early check in as requested. We were here for a funeral and they were kind enough to leave us a sympathy card. Very nice room, comfortable bed, spacious, with a Jacuzzi and a fireplace available. A beautiful view of the river right outside our door. I highly recommend staying here. "

"Upon arrival we were greeted by such a friendly young man at the desk. All staff interactions were excellent! Our rooms were very clean and comfortable, Breakfast was very good, so many choices! Will definitely stay again!"

"We were visiting family in Bristol for the holidays and used Founders Brook as our home base for five nights. The property is close to Portsmouth’s downtown area and a hop over the bridge to Bristol. We had some of the best sleep we’ve had in years and felt very at home. This is the fourth time we have stayed here and each time we notice improvements. Love the complimentary toiletries!!"
