This is a charming hotel in the perfect location for exploring this pretty town. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The covered roof terrace is a bonus and offers fabulous views of the town. A good selection of breakfast options are available. Communication with the hotel before I arrived and throughout my stay was excellent. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Monica kindly arranged my coffee tour for Finca El Carmen, which I would also recommend....

This is a comfortable hotel with a pleasant atmosphere and friendly & helpful staff.

As I have a gluten intolerance I was a bit limited in what I could eat from the menu (including...

A piece of heaven in Juayua. This was my favourite hotel in El Salvador. The property is so interesting and unique and sitting in the jungly garden, surrounded by flowers and birds, with the volcanos in the background is something I won't forget. Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful and great breakfasts too. 100% recommended.

Fantastic stay in this lovely hotel on Lake Coatepeque. We got the bus from Santa Ana and the final stop is very close to the hotel. The staff were very friendly, the facilities excellent. Great views, nice food. We used the kayaks which were included. Would highly recommend!
