"Small boutique"

"This is in a nice locations, just a couple blocks from NY Public Library, Grand Central Station, Times Square. Rooms are small with basic necessities but we didn't plan to spend much time in the room so was just fine with us. The rooftop bar has nice views, but unfortunately was never open when we were at the hotel. "
