"Super cute, clean, comfortable hotel with extremely nice staff in a great part of town away from the hub bub. Yes, our room was tiny, but it was well thought-out with great amenities and that's a trade-off in NYC for a reasonably priced hotel. The breakfast was a plus, for sure. We had a great stay and a fabulous time in the City. Thanks Little Charlie!"

"If you want to stay by Madison square park and be in walking distance to Chelsea, Union square, and essentially any area, The location is amazing. Great restaurant attached (Hole In The Wall). Rooms were good, clean. We had issues with: check in process and our Expedia reservations, the key code (never worked), assistance from staff (met initially with aggressive attitudes), and accommodations of staff (not very informative or helpful)."

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Room was clean. Location of hotel was ideal for city tourism and also to take train for travel outside of city. Staff was great! Very attentive, professional and friendly. We will for sure stay again."

"The staff was very nice and they let us check in earlier at no cost. However, the hotel is very old and several things didn’t work like the exhaust fan in the restroom. They had only one small table in the room and that wasn’t enough space to put our stuff on, specifically in the bathroom!"

"The staff was amazing and absolutely helpful. The view of my room was absolutely stunning but the room cleanliness could have been better and between day 2 to the last day of my stay only one elevator was working."
