"Brilliant hotel, easy to grab a basic, light breakfast before heading out in the morning! Room was lovely, it was just that the bathroom taps were in need of fixing as they weren't properly fixed to the sink, so you had to hold them in place whilst turning the tap. Apart from this small detail, the room was at no fault, and the hotel staff were very friendly and made my short stay feel very warm and welcomed. If I ever return to NYC, I will be going back to this hotel."

"Great location, beautiful hotel, and great staff. But the only problem I had was the small bathroom. I’m 6’8 300 lbs. The bathroom had a toilet tucked in a corner and no large person could fit and the shower was extremely small. "

"Great hotel and staff with good sized rooms. In a great location, the only downfall was the street it was on had a lot of drug users on it and made it not feel quite so safe after 8pm. "

"The hotel greatly exceeded my expectations, and offered great value (roughly $150/night) for a four-day stay near Broadway. The huge reception area/bar was a great place to hang out and meet visitors. The security was tight with cameras and restricted elevator access by keycard.
