"This hotel is perfectly located a block from the train station and a short walk to the main shopping area. We did stay during an unusually hot time and they do not have air conditioning. However, the front desk did whatever they could to try to make us feel comfortable (provided two fans). We stayed in the room with a queen and one twin bed (3 adults) and there wasn’t a lot of wiggle room but did the job! "

"This is a great hotel! We've stayed in this area every year and have never stayed here until this year. They were super helpful in changing our room so that we could get air conditioning due to the hot weather. We had a spacious room with a balcony facing the bay. They have a great buffet breakfast (all the fixings for a full Irish breakfast, plus fruit, pastries, cereal, pancakes, etc). Both my mom and I are lactose intolerant so we were appreciative of the milk alternatives and the allergen...

"Hotel is beautiful and staff are great. The Pullman was the highlight of our trip. The food is outstanding and the service even more so. Ian made our dining experience so memorable, he was personable, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The staff in the hotel itself were also lovely and very friendly. Excellent experience. "
