"Sheets had hair and sand all in them. Stains. I don’t believe they were new sheets as they had no rooms at 4:30 for check in. Floor wasn’t clean. Sand all over the counters. Trash under the bed. When I asked staff I was given two sets of sheets to change myself. I’ve contacted the hotel and Expedia did too and no response."

"Staff was good. Location is good. Very clean. Breakfast was good. The only downside was the tub/shower didn’t drain well. Other wise nothing but good. Would definitely recommend."

"Es nuestra primera vez visitando Panamá city beach y nos hospedamos en este hotel La habitación estaba bien limpia, iluminada .Tenía cocina y contaba con todo lo necesario por si querías cocinar:platos ,cucharas ,un set de sartenes .Además de estufa ,microondas , refri y aire acondicionado todo en muy buenas condiciones y super limpio. Sábanas y toallas super blancas y con buen olor .El desayuno tipo bufete con variedad y bien elavorado.Los trabajadores todos muy atentos y amables brindando...

"Worst stay I’ve ever stayed in. Pictures are deceitful. Room was dirty, curly hairs all over towels and tissue in bathrooms, roaches, broken beds and they were dirty, floor had sand everywhere. No attempt to sweep it, didn’t even replace the dish soap, it was empty and broken. Room was hot and dark, plugs didn’t work. Front desk girl was no help and condescending, said “she’s heard the beds were terrible” with a smirk on her face. Ten minutes after checking in I asked to leave to find somewhere...

"The beach view is so beautiful"

"It was nice for a beach motel. No, it wasn’t a fancy high rise hotel. It’s a bit dated, noisy at night with beach on one side and noisy traffic on the other side, and the beach chair rentals for the day was way too much, bring your own. Besides that it was a good stay for the night we were there, might be good for a weekend but don’t know if I’d do a whole week. Again remember, this is a more like a motel not a fancy high rise. "Good in the restaurant was excellent! Our room smelled like mildew. Our son’s families room was fine. So our room was apparently an isolated incident. We did report it to staff at checkout Overall property was in excellent condition"

"The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We were able to get an early check in to get ready for our anniversary dinner. The room was clean. Plenty of towels (usually not the case at other hotel brands). Breakfast was adequate. Plenty of handicap parking up front. An overall positive experience."

"Check-in process was clunky and not user-friendly. It was hard to get ahold of someone when we needed help when first checking in. The condo we booked was not with the resort directly, so working with a 3rd party was not convenient. The condo was clean and had a great view once we were in. Things ran smoothly once we obtained our door access code. It was a little overwhelming on the emails we received for wanting us to buy extras. "
