"Terrific room for the price point. I came up for the Knicks Finals games and I needed a small room for a single person. The room was exactly the size I needed, the bathroom was huge, and the price was very affordable. Clean room, great location near the subway and bus routes, and it's next door to a small grocery store. Definitely will be coming back!"

"They advertise on-site parking, but it’s not on site. The hotel is on 38th St. and the parking garage is on 40th St. However, it was full, so we had to drive around and find parking. I’m a little upset that their advertisement on Expedia says on-site parking."

"Our room was clean and comfortable, well designed, and quiet. Air conditioning works great, and having a mini fridge really helps in the summertime. Staff were helpful in 2) holding our bags prior to check in, and b) booking us a car to the airport. Located within a short walk to multiple must-sees like the freedom tower, Oculus shopping center, Brooklyn Bridge, South Street Seaport, and Pier 11 where you can take a scenice ferry ride to Dumbo, Brooklyn for the absolute best views of the city!"

"Very welcoming, It was in a great and easy to get to area- an easy walk from Penn Station! . Off the beaten path yet very close to Broadway, 5th and Park ave. The staff were very accommodating, I arrived early and was able to get early check in. The room was comfortable for me. It would be a bit cramped for a couple, but the picture of the room was exactly how the room looked. I ate at the restaurant for breakfast and it was delicious, although the potatoes were a bit salty for my pallet. I...

"I was charged for items in he room that were not touched nor consumed and the staff are refusing to rectify the situation. If I had consumed the items in question. There would not be an issue. I find it very unsettling that a Marriott property would act like this."

"It was an OK stay. Practical as there was a bunk bed for my teen kids. Needs updates both in hotel general areas and room. Room had a good view was overall comfortable. Hallways, elevators could use better cleaning."

"The staff was awesome! Everyone frim frint desk to cleaning was very friendly and helpful. The bunk bed room was very small with no fridge. However, the room was very clean. The shared bathrooms were kept very clean. I would stay here again. The location was an easy walk to the E, F, and 6 train on 3rd Ave. Also had the Lexington Ave Stop available as well. The roof deck was very relaxing and peaceful."
