"Took my 17yr old daughter for out last adolescent spring break trip. She loved the hotel. It’s NYC so we didn’t expect a huge room. Yet ours was perfect and intimate. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Very accommodating and professional. I would just say the communication on the location of all amenities wasn’t very clear. It was like a scavenger hunt. One restaurant turned into two hosting dinner and brunch. "

"The room is a little older some chipped paint but shower was good pressure beds and pillows comfortable, room had enough space. No issue with elevator at all and we were on 47th floor. Other than that its a great location the subway is steps away and had no noise at night. "

"Hotel in great location. close to metro. For an American hotel breakfast , quality and choices were 7/10 for being an included in the price breakfast 10/10! Staff was friendly everything was clean. only issue was the shower water. Only choices were scalding hot or freezing. We learned to work around it."

"Nicole greeted us promptly on a rainy day! She honestly made our trip so worth it and an overall great experience. Literally putting us at ease. The buffet breakfast was honestly so fresh and customer service- as a Texan I have to say Rahman was so attentive and kind to us during our stay. Staff was more than ready to help anytime of day, with a smile. We would step out and comeback to a clean room with the beds made. Willing to hold your bags before or after checkout!! Rare in NY in my opinion "

"Great location, friendly staff, and close to many restaurants, shops, and things to do. Easy to get around on foot or by public transit. The hotel offers great views of both midtown and downtown. So many great restaurants nearby, with Little Italy, Chinatown, and Soho within walking distance. The hotel offers good discounts to guests for many nearby restaurants and shops. Very quiet at night. Room was clean and fairly spacious. Highly recommend and would stay here again! "

"Well I was confused when I checked in , you go into a lower small lobby then take an elevator up to ck in desk just a really strange set up . Overall if you need a few days and don’t expect luxury the beds are comfortable and it’s clean just basic older hotel . Absolutely not worth the nightly rate . The elevators are always in use there is a constant crowd of people trying to go up or down snd there is a line to go down the elevator to go out of the hotel . It’s just so bizarre. Hotel is old...

"The room was bigger than I was expecting for NYC. The vents could have used some dusting, but overall the room was clean. The staff at the front desk and parking were all very nice and helpful. The only comment I have is we did not have enough towels & wash rags in our room. On the way out to get dinner one night, my husband stopped at the front desk and asked them if we could have more delivered to our room but to please DO NOT enter the room as me and my children were in there alone.
