Room was clean, staff was nice. My room was right next to the elevator. I tried to use white noise to keep the elevator mechanical noise and Hallway noise out, but it didn’t help. There was also limited parking available.

Everything was great. Room and breakfast was fantastic. Have stayed in Conway several times and this by far is the best hotel we’ve stayed at will be staying again.

I didn’t know about the $50 Service charge on the room vector wasn’t in details when booking. I didn’t have it on my card and I almost didn’t get my room because of it. Bad experience for me and my kids. The man at the front desk was helpful and we were able to stay.
