Positive: great location, friendly staff, the property has all the basics for your stay! Rooms are basic but very comfortable, Central Station is right next to the hotel (metro or train), Tivoli is just a 5 minute walk, you have many shops, restaurants and bars super close, it’s possible to walk everywhere. Negative: The hotel doesn’t have elevator so you have to carry your bag through the stairs and it can be a bit noisy as it’s located in a busy street, also no AC if your visiting during summer, but we didn’t mind all of that. Overall, we loved the property and would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel, it’s very clean, even the shared bathrooms.. the staff are all very friendly and attentive. The breakfast is great, also kept extremely clean and consistently stocked up. Would definitely stay here again :)

The stay was very nice and exquisite. The staff was more than willing to answer our many questions. Clean rooms, great location next to the train station and tivoli.

Breakfast was supposed to open at 6:30 m-f but Mon was a holiday and breakfast lady refused to allow us to get a bun and lunchmeat to take away because we had to take train by 7, & refused to refund the $30 we paid for it. The desk people were kind and helpful, but don't buy the breakfast. Good location, drunks were loud all hours of the night Sat. Night. No one told them to quiet down. No elevator or air conditioning.

The location of this hotel is great. 5 min walk to central train station. The shared bathrooms were inconvenient for me, however. One morning there was vomit in the sink, which was cleaned up promptly by hotel staff. The shared showers had no water pressure this time around and may be fixed later on. The staff were lovely and helpful. The room with private bathrooms are great. The breakfast buffet is good value for Copenhagen.

The hotel was very clean and so was our room. They offer breakfast (for a price), which is a nice convenience, but there are also a lot of other food options close by. It's so close to the main transportation center and everything else is a quick 20-30 min walk. The only thing I wish they had was shampoo and conditioner.

The hotel does not have elevators. The front desk can provide electric hair dryer and electric kettle if needed. The rooms are small, but sufficient.

The location was great, I walked from the airport here and it was around 1 hr 30 min. There is a train/metro station right next door that takes you to the airport in 15 minutes. Its not directly next to the station so you don't get the excess noise. The room itself was great and clean, the floors were a little creaky and the walls were pretty thin but that wasn't an issue for me. The shared bathroom wasn't too bad as there was a fair amount of toilets and showers and I never had to wait to use them. Staff were great. You get a lot of bang for your buck here.

Great central location especially for Tivoli, as it’s a couple of mins walk - everything else is no more than 30-40min walk maximum we were able to check in about an hour early With no problems at all. Rooms are pretty compact but absolutely fine if you’re only there for sleeping - could hear a bit of noise from people walking around upstairs, but not to the level where you couldn’t sleep because of it. Breakfast was good Overall perfect place to stay for a couple of days visiting Copenhagen

My stay was great. The hotel was super close to the main station which was great for arrival and departure. I was able to walk everywhere in Copenhagen since I was already so central. My room was clean, the tv worked and shared bathroom and shower were also fine and clean. Overall my stay was great and I would recommend. This was not a problem for me since I packed light but there is no elevator so if you are older or have heavy bags keep that in mind.

The Go Hotel Saga is perfect for the budget traveler who knows they are not going to spend much time in their room. I only say that because they are on the smaller side.The rooms are very clean and are cleaned daily. The beds were European twins (smaller then American twin beds) and very comfortable. The bathroom was small but very clean and had all that you needed. It is close to the meat packing district which has awesome restaurants. It is a block from the Train station which makes it easy to use public transit. We stayed for two days and would definitely stay again.

At this price point, the cleanliness and comfortability was unmatched. Lovely staff — always so helpful and accommodating. Only about a five minute walk from public transportation stations. In a nice, walkable area of town with much to do — bars, cafes, you name it. Highly recommend if you're looking to travel on a budget for a couple of nights!

Mycket rent boende. Hotellet ligger inom 5 minuters promenad från Köpenhamn C. Personalen, speciellt mannen i receptionen på morgonen är fantastisk. Han var varm, hjälpsam och alltid leende. Vi sov gott, sängarna är bekväma och rena. Vi kunde räkna ut värmesystemet eftersom det var lite kallt till en början. Badrumsgolvet är inte uppvärmt och hade en kall känsla vid inträde (men fortfarande hanterbar). Observera att det inte finns hiss i lokalerna och skåp hyrs när du vill lämna dem en stund. Rekommenderas varmt för en övernattning!👍👌

Property was really noisy especially in the morning before 9am. Cleaners making a loot of noise, it was like they were fighting the hoovers. Not the best for when you are on a holiday.

Fantastic central location
Great budget hotel with a fantastic location. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wanted a central base to explore Copenhagen. Kobenhavn H train station is a 2 minute walk and there are plenty of bars and restauraunts close too. The staff were friendly, professional and accommodating. The only down side to this hotel is the noise levels. The floors and walls are very thin and you can hear absolutely everything! If you are a light sleeper, then i would recommend that you bring earplugs to help you sleep. My partner and I upgraded to a 3 bed room with a private bathroom and this proved to be a great choice as the bathrooms and showroom were constantly in use.

The 2* hotel, was as described, clean basic en-suite room. contintal Breakfast good quality, good selction. Good location, a good city stay. Friendly staff.
