I had a very disappointing experience staying here.
Late in the evening, we discovered there was no hot water in our room. We contacted the property and were told someone would come within the hour to fix the issue. Unfortunately, no one arrived, and there was no follow-up communication.
We then had to repeatedly message and call for updates, with most attempts going unanswered. After waiting for a long time, we were eventually told—close to midnight—that the only option available was to move to another apartment located about a 15-minute walk away.
This was extremely inconvenient, especially given the time of night and the fact that we had already been waiting based on their earlier assurance that someone would come to fix the problem.
Overall, the lack of hot water, poor communication, and failure to follow through on what was promised made for a frustrating and stressful stay. I would not choose to stay here again.
