"Both keys we received didnt work & I had to make another trip to the front to re-scan the keys. The room we stayed was on the 2nd floor right next to the elevator. Unfortunately, we had to hear loud elevator noise & sound from the street all night long. I never experienced hotel room with such noise ..."

"One big thing to note that you cannot swim on the beach. I didn't know that when I made the reservations and that put a damper on the "beach day" for the kids."
